Atom Golf — Returns and Refunds

Our returns promise

At Atom Golf, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us at hello@atomgolf.co.uk and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Your cancellation rights

For most items bought online in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may handle items as you would in a shop to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@atomgolf.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund due using the original payment method. Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.
